We started our child with the school at 6 month old and he loves it. His teachers have all been kind and wonderful. The staff have also been helping in us working through growth hurdles.

Classes were fine unless you miss a class. My child wasn’t treated the same as older kids in his class. Teacher wasn’t patient with him like she was with the older kids, he was in the same level for almost 5 months and no notable differences. Just a waste of time and money. Not to mention when I decided to take him out I was told that I’d have to book both his make up classes in a span of two days or I forfeit them even though the app shows the make ups don’t expire until mid November! Their solution was to pay for additional classes and try to fit all 3 classes in one week. I will add a positive note my daughter has Miss Ella and she is wonderful with her, I wish my son had the same experience.

I enrolled my child in this program, but it has been a disappointing experience. The children don't get enough time in the water, and in group settings, one instructor is responsible for five or more kids. Each child only spends about five minutes in the pool during the 30-minute session. It feels like a waste of money because they are not learning much, and my child wasn't even taught how to control their breathing, resulting in them repeatedly struggling in the water. I wouldn't recommend this program, and I believe the sessions should be extended to an hour or more to make them worth the cost.

We LOVE Mr. Will. For both our girls. He has a very special gift. The knowledge base, patience, and group management skills. Even with us adults as we are learning how to work with our babies/toddlers in the pool. It really has been such a joy to see our girls grow and flourish in the ways that each one has over the last 4 months.
